You agree to receive recurring automated informational and donation text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from FAAEF.org, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. All types of messages you may receive (informational updates, advocacy alerts, vote reminders, and donation messages) shall be known collectively as the “Programs.” Consent to receive automated informational and donation text messages is not a condition of any purchase or contribution.

Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. FAAEF.org reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, including to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. FAAEF.org also reserves the right to change the phone number or shortcode from which messages are sent. Not all mobile devices or carriers are supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. FAAEF.org, its service providers, and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
If you do not wish to continue participating in any Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you agree to text the applicable long code or shortcode or directly reply to any message received from the Program with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in order to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message confirming your decision to opt out. These are the only reasonable and exclusive methods of opting out. Any other method, including verbal requests or alternative phrases, will not constitute a valid opt-out. If you receive messages from multiple FAAEF programs or numbers, you must opt out of each one separately.

For support regarding the Program, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or email us at faaefinc@gmail.com. Please note that emailing or texting “HELP” is not a valid opt-out method; you must text one of the recognized STOP commands described above to unsubscribe.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Programs are provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. They may cease to function in the event of device, software, coverage, or carrier changes. FAAEF.org will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier/network operator and is outside of our control. FAAEF.org, its agents, and partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide to transmit mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This may include sharing information with trusted program partners, message providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or supporter information collected through our Programs to any third party. We may disclose information as required by law, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you provide information through our website or forms, you agree to provide accurate and truthful details. If in our discretion we believe such information is inaccurate, misleading, or submitted for an improper purpose, we may deny access to the Program and take appropriate action.
This Terms & Conditions policy applies only to our SMS Programs and does not affect other privacy policies governing other FAAEF activities.
Mobile Messaging Program Consent
By signing up for our mobile messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of messages from FAAEF.org:
- Advocacy Alerts (legislative updates, call-to-action notifications)
- Public Awareness Messages (educational campaigns, policy information)
- Donation & Support Messages (fundraising or contribution opportunities)
Opt-In Methods
- Completing the “Sign Up for Text Alerts” form on our website
- Providing explicit consent through any other FAAEF communication channel or campaign
Message Terms
- Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar technology.
- Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Program.

Text STOP to unsubscribe. You’ll receive a confirmation and will no longer receive messages unless you opt back in.
