4. SMS Communications, 10DLC, and TCPA Compliance
FAAEF may send Application-to-Person (A2P) text messages using registered ten-digit long codes (“10DLC”) to supporters who have provided express written consent. We comply with applicable federal law and carrier requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards.
Opt-in & Consent: By submitting your phone number via our forms, petitions, or digital sign-ups, you consent to receive automated texts from FAAEF at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or support.
Opt-out & Help: Reply STOP to end; HELP for help. You can also email faaefinc@gmail.com. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS alerts unless you re-subscribe.
Use & Sharing of Mobile Data: Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are used only to send FAAEF communications and to maintain compliance. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS message data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. We may share with trusted vendors solely to deliver messages and comply with legal/carrier rules.
10DLC/TCR: FAAEF uses registered 10DLC numbers and maintains brand/campaign records with The Campaign Registry (TCR). We keep internal logs of consent, sample messages, and campaign details as required.
TCPA Notice: FAAEF adheres to TCPA (47 U.S.C. § 227) and implementing regulations (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200). We maintain reasonable records of opt-ins, consent language, and timestamps.
5. Email Communications
You may receive emails about advocacy opportunities, events, and fundraising. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.
6. Cookies & Tracking
